anti psychiatric medication ,sometimes causes darkness of face ,which are temporary. Use sunscreen at morning and kojic cream at night. Use antioxidants and take food rich in green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details drugs like fluoxetin and quetiapine do not directly affect blood glucose levels. In fact by controlling depression, the drugs help in achieving better glucose control. It is better to space the drugs. That is there should be a gap between anti-diabetic medication and these drugs of over an hour or so.
