If your bp is because of hereditary reasons, you might have to continue the medication for life long. But you can control your bp with help of proper diet, yoga and meditation.
Regarding the depression, do no take medication without consulting a doctor. Also contact a counsellor/psychogherapist who will help you to come out of your depression.

Hi Doctor, I am describing problem behalf of my wife.I am having problem where only one thoughts comes i.e: I would not live more and whether I would be able to wear my new clothes and may be I would be die soon only one fear in mind whether I would be able to enjoy my life if I try to divert my mind still same thoughts come in the mind I am unable to concentrate on my other works if I go for the shopping I will be thinking what will happen if I die who will utilize these new things only one thought I may die. This problem having started since 1 month earlier I was fine and I compare my earlier life with current situation and gets so frustrate and sad. I gets panic attack as well where I feel severe anxiety and sweat comes in my palm. Recently I have consulted one of the MBBS MD doctor where he has suggested to take below tablets: ANXIT-20, ANXISET. After having these tablets I feel so sleepy. Could you please suggest what is the problem and how can I overcome from this problem permanently.

I can understand the problem you are facing. Schizophrenia have family loading. You have to understand what she is doing is because of the illness. She has no touch with the reality and once she will improve these symptoms will go away. Medications are not magic pills and it usually take some time to control symptoms.
