Hello,
First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:-
Take gelesemium 200, twice daily .
Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily.Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily.
Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily.
Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks.

Fever, coldness, bodyache, headache, sneezing etc are symptoms of flu. You may find other people suffering from same problem near you. Take plenty of water, proper rest and tab. Paracetamol 500 upto 4 times for fever/headache/bodyache.

It can spread through coughing and sneezing so always cover your face while doing so. And make sure people around you in office or home also follow this.Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth too often
Maintain a high level of personal hygiene. Always wash your hands before or after eating and particularly after returning from a public place.

Common symptoms of flu are fever, cold, cough,weakness/tiredness, runny or stuffy nose, body aches, headache.
More than 100 different viruses can cause a cold, only influenza virus types A, B, and C cause the flu.
For prevention,
Get the flu vaccine.
Wash your hands often, especially before eating .
Use a tissue or your elbow while coughing or sneezing instead of your hand.
