Depends on the condition. If you taking it for long term anxiety, OCD or depression then stopping it will lead to relapse if the symptoms. If they were given for a short term illness they can be stopped. So it lies with your condition. Good luck

Try to avoid these, as you already taking these medications.
Whey protein is just a protein supplement, you caj take 1-2 scoops, so I don't think it will be any problem.
Try not to over take anything excess, and if you feel any discomfort, contact your doctor.

Ideally, no. But there are instances where stimulants are tried in few cases. I would suggest not to try them.

Hello
Generalised anxiety disorder is very common and can be treated with the right intervention.
Your doctor has given you good medications. Infact all doctors have the best interest of the patient in their heart. Please try to develop faith on your doctor and only then does any mode of treatment work. Avoid googling excessively for medicines, effects and side effects. You will need to give atleast 2-3 weeks for the effect to come about.
Good luck.

Hello
you shouldn’t be starting all medications at once.
They all have essentially similar action and shouldn’t be taken all together.
Please consult a psychiatrist and let them decide what to do about the medication hope this helps.
