Emergency contraceptive pills taken within 72 hours especially within 24 hours of unprotected intercourse has efficacy. The pregnancy rate in these cases is less than 1% ..

It is mostly because of the side effects of the pills and less chances of pregnancy.
Take pregnancy test to clear doubts.

Efficacy of emergency contraception is about 70% if taken within 72 hours of intercourse. So it will prevent pregnancy in 7/10 cases and there is no way to increase it efficacy further. It’s better to use condoms or regular ocp pills if you want better chances of preventing pregnancy.

If sperms have not entered vagina- no chance of pregnancy.
If sperms have entered and levonorgestrel used very small chance only when levonorgestrel fails.

Sir INR is deliberately kept on higher side with medicine like warf or acitrom. These are blood thinners and very much required esp after valve replacement throughout life.
