Health Query

I am using glyceric acid cream 12% w/w to whiten my dark patches of underarms. And also applying retino a 0.025% at night. It has been more than a week since application. I can see redness in my underarms. I am afraid if this redness will make my skin more darker. Kindly suggest me if I should continue its usage.

Health Query

I have marks on my face. They are not by birth but they are now visible on my face on left chick. These marks are small black round spots. They are not on any other part of my face or any other body part. They are only on face. I also want tell you that in my childhood I once got burnt from steam press on that part of my face. But I recovered from those burnt mark as it waa very less. I consulted doctor in my nearest govt hospital. She said this is "lessen" and also she said if it is a burnt mark you will get recovered. She suggested some creams like - 1. Kojic acid cream 2% 2. Adapalene gel 0.1% w/w 3. Tacrolimus cream 0.1% w/w she suggested that if it is a "lessen" then you must go for laser treatment. Please let me know about the treatment.

Is CEF is right chemo treatment nat ER +/PR + and Her 2- I am 41, unmarried, premenausal female. Diagnosed with Invasive breast cancer (lump on the right chest wall-upper inner quadrant high up) lymph node and axillary node positive. Type: ER +, PR+,her 2 -.Size of the tumor is 2.7 cm.and they say its a LABC (locally advanced breast cancer) .Started with NACT (CEF every 3 weekly). Done with the first chemo 15 days back with CEF (cyclophosphamide-750, epirubicin,-120 fluorouracil-750 mg. I am really confused as I don't see much data on hormone positive and Her 2 - patients given this CEF chemo (either adjuvant or neoadjuvant). My fellow patient (of similar types) from other hospitals are given AC/T. Also I met one of senior oncologist who suggested to shift from chemotherapy and instead start Neoadjuvant Endocrine Therapy (tamoxifen 20 mg for next 3 months). Would really appreciate if you share your expert opinion the right treatment path for my case.

Pls help. Sir actually I was visited doctors house on August 07,2016. Before June regularly I was using Skin Light cream on my face. But now really feeling bad. I hereby attached my photo. Pimples are almost clear. But the black marks are there. Can you help me to remove this black marks with in next one or one and half month. Doctor advise me that to use Azelaic Acid gel 20% w/w over night and Clindamycin Phosphate gel USP for every morning. Is this both gel clear the black mark? My wife was worrying with a sensible illness, that is her left nipple edge was swollen with some pus secretion looks like a cancer tissue roughly. Even I am worrying a lot for her remedy solution. We have consulted a dermatologist recently about this problem, she had prescribed an ointment (mupirocin called morpy I. E I. P 2.0% w/w) but we found no change in that swelling and it was enlarging, our dermatologist suggested to consult a gynecologist in case if it not cured by that ointment. She may have an abscess in breast, she should undergo ultrasound of breast. Also culture and drug sensitivity of the pus should be done. Depending on the results suitable antibiotics can be given.
