Hi Sir, I'm suffering from cold and cough since last 15 days I took tusq syrup but didn't find any cure my nostrils are blocked all the day so difficult to breathe.

Hi it might be allergic rhinitis. Use tab Montair LC once in the night
Fluticasone nasal spray for 3 times a day it will get resolved in 5 to 7 days.

Stop otrivin. You need fluticasone nasal spray once daily in both nostrils to get relief from blocked nose. If cough persists pft should be done.

Sir, मेरे नाक बंद हो जाती दोनों मे से कोई एक लेकिन थोड़ी देर बाद खुल जाती है या तो दोनों से एक मे हल्की हल्की साँस आती और एक से पूरी साँस आती है और अगर जुकाम हो जाए तो जुकाम सही होने के बाद मेरी नाक बंद रहती है तब मुझे nasivion spry use करना पड़ता है जिससे fluticasone spry 1 week use करता हूं तब जाके मेरी नाक मे आराम आता है तब मुझे कोई spry use nahi करना पड़ता कभी कभी नाक बंद होती है तो 1 दिन use kar luga तो phir सही हो जाता है लेकिन जब जुकाम होता है तब ये problem होती है सर क्या आप बताएगे कि ऐसा क्यू होता है please reply sir.

I am suffering from al bronchitis from last 15 days. I have taken tab. Omnacortil 10 1x3tx5d, tab doxomax xp 1 tab. 10 days, tab maxcef 200 1x2tx5d and syrup brokuff ls 5 days 3 times 2.5 ml. Now still today I have this problem dry cough in chest and khasi coming some times in day. Cough not come easily out from chest. ics should not be given for long term as it can increase the risk of pneumonia.

Health Query

I have cracked lips and they are not healing from last 6 months. They are cracked from right corner side non bleeding but yes always covered by dry skin. I have taken vitamin b12 for 15 days along with vitamin c and then again for 10 days after a 15 days gap. Lesion get dry and skin start to get peel off. They become very stretchy and dry. I have used lipbalms and creams and oils but they are not getting resolved. I am taking plenty amount of water but again nothing is happing. This condition is same for last 6 months kindly resolve this.

The way you desrive the lesion it seems you have angular chelitis. You can take b-complex with iron folic acid tablet for atleast 2 months and fluticasone for topical use. You can consult me any time for conformarion of diagnosis.
