Stop otrivin. You need fluticasone nasal spray once daily in both nostrils to get relief from blocked nose. If cough persists pft should be done.

Sir, मेरे नाक बंद हो जाती दोनों मे से कोई एक लेकिन थोड़ी देर बाद खुल जाती है या तो दोनों से एक मे हल्की हल्की साँस आती और एक से पूरी साँस आती है और अगर जुकाम हो जाए तो जुकाम सही होने के बाद मेरी नाक बंद रहती है तब मुझे nasivion spry use करना पड़ता है जिससे fluticasone spry 1 week use करता हूं तब जाके मेरी नाक मे आराम आता है तब मुझे कोई spry use nahi करना पड़ता कभी कभी नाक बंद होती है तो 1 दिन use kar luga तो phir सही हो जाता है लेकिन जब जुकाम होता है तब ये problem होती है सर क्या आप बताएगे कि ऐसा क्यू होता है please reply sir.

ics should not be given for long term as it can increase the risk of pneumonia.
