From february this year I am suffering from something that I can't figure out what it is. At first I was awakened with heavy breathing even I couldn't breathe until I took deep breath. After that I was treated with antihistamines pills which resulted with heart beating, nausea, heart pain, muscles were shaking etc. The heart echo was good, abdominal echo good, ECG was good, the x-ray of the chest was also good, the blood was fine (except that I have a little high bilirubin which they associate with gilbert syndrome. After all this I visited pulmologist which gave me fluticasone propionate, it got better but I still have chest pain and heaviness, stabbing pain in the heart, foggy brain sometimes, anxiety also. Today I had same symptoms, the blood pressure was fine but pulse 90. I can't figure what is my problem, so please I am asking what test should I run? Also my test for lung capacity were more than perfect because I run every day. What can be done which was not till now? Thank you.

There may not be any major problem as all the tests seem to be normal. You can start Yoga and pranayam which is safe and enhances the immunity naturally and balances everything smoothly. Yoga is a holistic approach towards healthy living. You can also start Homeopathy for your allergic tendency which may trigger other symptoms. A detailed case history is necessary to select the constitutional remedy. You can contact me or chat online for further details.

Nebulizing is a skilled procedure. It is advisable not to attempt that too for a baby of 10 month old baby.

I am 21 year old male and I had a dry skin and scalp for the past 6 7 years which in time lead to dandruff and then seborrheic dermatitis and eczema, flaky skin, red skin/ irritation on my face, scalp and other parts. I am getting treatments from different dermatologist since past 2.5 years and almost all of them always advised me different types of anti fungal containing ingredients such as ketoconazole, ciclopirox olamine, zinc pyrithione, salicylic acid, fluconazole, terbinafine, fluticasone etc in different forms such as shampoos, creams, sprays, tablets. Now the thing is that almost 80% of the antifungal does their work, cleans the flakes and rashes but as soon as I discontinue these products, all the symptoms and flakiness tends to come back the very next day. All of these antifungal cleans the flakes but they do not really help in stopping them from coming back. I am very frustrated right now because you can not really use tons of these every single day for the rest of your life (and you should not they have side effects). This one doctor gave me an adequate reason after the blood test was that my blood eosinophil count was higher (536) than normal range (40-440). I could really really use some treatment or advice regarding how to stop these symptoms from coming back, thank you.
