This medicine is appropriate and may help in expulsion of stone. But mostly stone smaller then 6 mm can pass. Bigger stone need surgery. It is also causing backpressure, so get a repeat scan soon. If it is not moving down get it operated.

Urimax 0.4 mg capsule is fine for you and is an alpha-adrenoreceptor antagonist which is used in men to decrease the urine outflow resistance due to an enlarged prostate gland. This medicine should be used with caution as it may lower the blood pressure. It is not recommended in patients with a known history of allergy to tamsulosin and patients with a risk of erectile dysfunction.

You may switch over to alternative drugs to tamsulosin and see response or you may additionally take other drug such as pde5 inhibitors with your urologists consultation. See for one more month. If not much response then go for procedure such as turp. Uroflowmetry test will guide better.

Your complain is related to urinary tract and you might be suffering from bph. Ultrasound kub is suggested with pvr urine. If pvr urine become significant than need to be catheterisation and if prostate is significantly enlarged than advised to go for surgery (endoscopic procedure is turp). Till than you may take tab.
