The doctor is right, but it will not be good in medicine only. Because it is a problem of thought, so thinking is needed to change. You need to get counseling and psychotherapy help.

If formula 1, cars can't reach you to a place, can small cars do the same. You seem to be having resistant symptoms and very high potency drugs including clozapine have been given. 5htpn and l tyrosine are very very weak over the counter health supplements which are very expensive and lack much efficacy. Better come to terms with the illness and aim to select the medication group which gives best relief amongst the one which you have mentioned in consult with your psychiatrist. Good luck.

Depends on the condition. If you taking it for long term anxiety, OCD or depression then stopping it will lead to relapse if the symptoms. If they were given for a short term illness they can be stopped. So it lies with your condition. Good luck

Try to avoid these, as you already taking these medications.
Whey protein is just a protein supplement, you caj take 1-2 scoops, so I don't think it will be any problem.
Try not to over take anything excess, and if you feel any discomfort, contact your doctor.

Also because reduced or hampered blood flow, cr...more

Ideally, no. But there are instances where stimulants are tried in few cases. I would suggest not to try them.

Be positive. In parallel to medicine, start few non medicine treatment like psychotherapy or mindset changes techniques to control or manage or divert or cope with such anxious thoughts. Along with this...more
