You need and should take BP medicines. You should get aECG and serum lipid profile done. Also check yourself for diabetes. With these reports you see a physician who will give medicine for High BP. You also show your report to the doctor who is treating your bipolar disorder. He may change your medications if he or she feels so. Finally you should restrict your salt intake and do regular exercise and meditation.

Nothing to worry. This is harmonal imbalance bcoz of depression and its medication. Get your Thyroid profile and S. Prolactin, FBS and fasting insulin. Be happy, take plenty of fluids to relieve indigestion and heartburn do some Yoga and go for walk 20 min every day. See d difference. Eat lots of fruits of all colours.
