This is most likely related to your anxiety. Get relaxed and try counseling by sex counselor as often change in technique helps a lot, without need of further drugs.

I would strongly advise against taking psychotropic drugs without prescription. There are minimum and maximum therapeutic doses and only a clinician can guide you so you don't suffer any serious side effects. Please see a psychiatrist.

You need and should take BP medicines. You should get aECG and serum lipid profile done. Also check yourself for diabetes. With these reports you see a physician who will give medicine for High BP. You also show your report to the doctor who is treating your bipolar disorder. He may change your medications if he or she feels so. Finally you should restrict your salt intake and do regular exercise and meditation.

Dear Vivek,
If it is an obsessive thought hanging in your mind, please wait for few more weeks for fluoxetine to act. It takes time to start its action. Please continue and consult your doctor, she/he will increase the dose or add another drug or therapy.

Madam
fluoxetine helps in anxiety but its unlikely that its effects/ side effects would last after one month of stopping medication.
Do consult your psychiatrist, as increased anxiety also hampers sexual performance.
