I have been facing problem-related to urinary tract for three months. I once controlled my urine at night for a long time and in the morning I started having issues with the urinary tract. I am female aged 27, Unmarried. I have problem of urine Frequency and sudden urge. When I drink a lot of water I go to washroom lot many times even after half an hour or sometimes 15 minutes, and Urine comes with full pressure the problem arises when little amount of urine left in bladder and it comes out in drops and sometimes I sit in washroom and concentrate to pass out even two-three drops. When I don't drink water I feel like I have to pass out water and it comes out very little and in drops. There was no infection in the urine and CT scan was completely normal, no puss, no increased mass in the bladder, no stones. And doctors said it is symptoms of cystitis. I feel frequency more in the morning and sometimes in the evening too. Sometimes urine passes out at one time without any urine left but most of the times, in the end, I feel some urine still left in the bladder and it comes out in a few drops. I consulted one of the doctors in the town, they took my urine sample and a CT scan. There was no infection in the urine and CT scan was completely normal, no puss, no increased mass in the bladder, no stones. And doctors said it is symptoms of cystitis. In urine examination report chemical reaction of urine was acidic, Albumin: Nil, Sugar: Nil, Puss cells: 0-2, Epithelial cells: 2-4, RBC, CASTS, CRYSTALS, OTHERS were all NIL. He doctor prescribed me antibiotic levoflox 500 I had it for 14 days and Urispas Flavoxate tablets I had them for a month. But I still have these symptoms and I don't know whether it is cystitis or Urethral Stricture. I work in the office and I feel embarrassed to go to the washroom several times and sometimes in the meetings. It is affecting my social and work life, please help. If you can suggest me any medicine or procedure for medical treatment and tell me the reason why it happened. It will be so helpful to me.
