Consult an oral maxillofacial surgeon, but as far of now you can apply piroxicam gel on the area on the face in front of the ears twice daily. Also do some moist heat fomenation over the jaws by putting towel in lukewarm water ,squeezing it and applying moist heat over the jaws.

Dear lybrate-user,
penis size does not matter. During erection, it will increase in size due to increased blood flow.
There is no need of any operation to increase its size. You need only sexual stimulation or imagery.
If there is any abnormality in penis, it will be operated by a general surgeon.
Both tobacco and drinks affect sexual life in the long run. Please plan to quit both as early as possible.
