About FINE TEARS EYE DROP

FINE TEARS EYE DROP is administered for the treatment of gastritis, peptic ulcer and other gastric disorders. It belongs to a class of antacids or anti-reflux agents. It is known to be effective in the treatment for gastro duodenal ulcers. It helps to enhance the mucosal defence system. It is also known to decrease free radicals of oxygen in the body and also increasing intestinal blood flow.

If you are pregnant, planning to conceive any time soon or already a breastfeeding mother, please take proper advice of the doctor regarding the use of the drug. There is not enough evidence to support the safety of the drug to unborn children or regarding impairment of fertility. The drug may also be excreted in human milk, causing health complications in infants.
