Hello-
finasteride/finax belongs to a drug class called 5-alpha reductase inhibitors, which affect hormone levels and reduce male hormone activity, occasionally causing reproductive side effects like: impotence/erectile dysfunction (reversed with discontinuation of medication).
You need to stop it immediately, and need to switch to ayurveda for recovery.

Why do you need to take both the medicines together? You can consider taking finasteride tablet as it has its side effects. Finasteride may cause decreased sexual desire or ability (eg, decrease in sex drive, problems with ejaculation, difficulty in achieving an erection). If this occurs, it may continue after you stop the medicine. It also causes dizziness, light headedness, etc.
So, I'd suggest you to consider your choice of medicine. Or you can ask your doctor about it.
