Hello-
No you shouldn't. Erectile dysfunction from hair-loss drugs can linger. Men with longer exposure to the drugs finasteride and dutasteride have a higher risk of persistent erectile dysfunction than do men with less exposure.

You can try minoxidil and finasteride solution to grow a beard. Unless you have hair follicles genetically in the beard area, the beard may not come out well.

Adverse effects include increased risk of breast and prostate cancer, male infertility, depression, decreased libido, decreased ejaculate volume, impotence, gynecomastia, and orthostatic hypotension. Finasteride is associated with an increased risk of high-grade prostate cancer. Finasteride reduces male hormone activity. Both drugs are known to cause erectile dysfunction in some men.
