The tablet is a steroid and if you plan to continue this pregnancy you must stop it and as you had already taken steroid while foetus was forming, you check up and see if you can continue this pregnancy.

Clarify with the doctor that you are breastfeeding and if you had gone to consult for iregular menses, and hence given this medication. U may not take it ,not for safety concern but cause once you stop feeding usually your periods will become regular on their own without hirmones.
