Better avoid medicine. Instead take khicadi or rice in dinner with ghee. It will help in constipation. Also start your day with banana. Drink atleast 3 lit of water everyday. Eat more fibre food to avoid constipation. If you still feel constipation than take homoeopathic medicine opium.
