Life style modification (like diet control, regular exercise, weight reduction and maintaining etc) is more important to control it.

Hello from the data it is uncertain whether your blood sugar is under control or not. Triglyceride level is too high it can lead to pancreatitis, hence start immediately on atorvastatin plus fenofibrate tablets. Simultaneously you have to have strict blood sugar control. Also inform about hba1c level.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.
