Every medicine has side effects. You maybe taking drugs unnecessarily. Ezetimibe is required very seldom. Please post your lipid report for better opinion. Best wishes.

Storvas is mostly for those who have blockages, EZ is a separate chemical, it is not a useful medicine for avoiding future problems. I suggest you discuss on phone for further information about your cholesterol. Taking multiple medicines long term may not be beneficial.

There are two other type of medicines for 2different subset of cholesterol for ldl statin
for triglycerides fibrate.

You can use Rosuvas 10 instead of EZ combination. But it that is your written prescription by your doctor, then it will be better you try to find Rosuvas EZ.

In a person with diabetes most often there dyslipidemia (increased lipids). Therefore such a tablet is given. Fenofibrate is more often used when triglycerides are increased. Thanks.
