Mr Sonu, Diabetes mellitus usually does not produce any symptoms, that is the reason many people do not come to know that they have diabetes. When fully developed it can cause excess urination, excess hunger, excess thirst, unexplained weight loss and tiredness.

-there are no specific fruits that make the mind alert & intelligent, one should have all the seasonal fruits at least 2-3 per day to provide you with all the essential vitamins & minerals

Fatigue can be due to many reasons. Get cbc, thyroid profilevitamin supplements. Have fresh veg and fruits as much as possible. Avoid simple carbohydrate like sugar, white rice. Trans fat ,include nits, berries as snack.
Take break in between. Do pranayam ,meditation daily and in between studies.
