Bathe daily, dry it , change the undergarments daily, wash them with hot water.
Tablet Fluconazole150 mg( one tab in one week ) once weekly for four weeks
Tablet Fexofenadine 120mg once daily for four five days for itching
Ointment Clotrimazole locally twice a day for four weeks

Skin diseases takes time to cure . So be patient and follow the regime for at least four weeks . If still this persist meet the doctor/Dermatologist

Common cold doesn’t need amoxicillin. If relief is needed, take cetrizine or fexofenadine tablet. Do not use antibiotics for just common cold and for self treatment. There is a saying that whether you take medication or not, common cold subsided within 1 week.
