Fexofen 120 MG Tablet Health Feed

I am 21 years old male. I am suffering from rashes for 6 months. These rashes appear for sometime and goes eventually. It can remain upto 1 hour or whole day. These rashes comes anywhere on my body. They are very itchy as well and spreads if I scratch on them. They are most of the time round shaped in red color. Mostly appears on my palms and sole area of legs. My skin also turns red very quickly if some physical pressure is put on it. I have taken medicines such as atarax 25 mg, montelukast 10 mg with levocetirizine 5 mg, bilastine tablets, histafree. But nothing works. They work for sometime or someday but they come back again. I also had ringworm infection 2 years back on my groin area and still have some black spots on my skin because of intensive scratching. Still that area is itchy as well. Not sure whether these are connected or not. I am getting depressed because I haven't been felt healthy since months. I feel some relief when I sleep or i'm under ac room. Any help would be highly appreciated.

That could be an allergic reaction, as your saying your not feeling well lately, probably the rash could also be due to auto immune diseases, to diagnose the problem you need to meet a good dermatologist.

I have fungal infection around my genitals (between scrotum and legs) since an year. For almost first 4-5 months, I ignored it considering in could be something temporary due to scratching by nails. I started treatment and from different doctor and many od them suggested itraconazole 100 mg per day, and creams like ketoconazole. It caused temporary relief but it re-appeared after stopping medicine. Then I started my treatment with a reputed dermatologist. He suggested me itraconazole 100 mg once daily, histafree 120 mg twice daily, applying candid dusting powder in morning and a mixture of triben and nadibact cream at night with candid dusting powder. This treatment continued for 2 months and the condition improved, but it still kept coming back as I stopped medicine, even after visiting doctor again, he still kept the same treatment routine. With that now, it has almost been 2 months again, and the infection hasn't re-appeared. How much time will I need to continue with this treatment to bet totally cured? How can I know about the right time to stop medication? Do I need to see another doctor?

Hello,
Montek fx contains montelukast and fexofenadine. Fexofenadine is pregnancy category c drug.
Better option will be montek lc which contains cetrizine along with montelukast.
Cetrizine is pregnancy category b drug and much safer.

Male 25 Yrs, Problem with continuous flowing nose with some sticky discharge from nose & Mouth as well (Transparent Sticky Chunk, May be Post Nasal Drip) and blockage in one side of nostril (Blockage changes side every 8-10 hrs, Means next nostril blocks and blocked one opens ). I have septoplasty in feb 2018 and facing same issue from then till now, & whenever I take cetrizine, fexofenadine problem of running nose becomes good but, one side remains blocked. Sometimes, even chest got chocked due to excess mucus production and problem starts with breathing and clears in 10-12 hrs after taking cetrizine usually. Consulted many ENT's, Done all tests. But, problem still persists. Some doctors says its Allergic Rhinitis. Is there any permanent solution to this. I never had this problem from past 25 yrs, the problems started from last 8 months. Lifestyle: Most sedentary, Sitting in AC whole day. Tests: IgE Antobidy: 155.7 IU/mL eosinophil: 07% Absolute eosinophil: 0.55 * 10^6/ml PNS Water Xray Shows:- Maxillary Sinuses are Hazy (May be due to runny nose ). - frontal sinuses are normal. - bones forming sinus are normal.

Mujje sneezing hoti hai or puri body itching hone lagti. Jab me montelukast sodium amd foxofenadine tablet leta hu to 3 din k liye bilkul ok ho jaata hu. Uske bad fir se sneezing or itching hone lagti hai. Maine homeopathic medicine bhi li hai. Bakson aller aid iske 3 dabbe khaaye hai. Thodaa sa bilkul asar hua but problem bahut hoti hai to montelukast sodium and fexofenadine ya levocitrizene leni padti hai. Please doctor help me. Mai apne city me bahut se hospital jaa chuka sab temporary hai. Jab tak medicine leta hu tab tak hi effect padta hai uske bad fir yehi problem suru ho jaati hai. Please help me.

I'm 37 year old male on bp meds since the age of 29, i've been on atenolol 50, nifedipine 10, amlodipine 5, currently on metoprolol succinate xl 50 and cilnidipine 10. I learnt from my personal experiences and also from web literature that beta blockers/calcium channel blockers can cause slow heart rate or bradycardia unlike angiotensin receptor blockers (arb' s) like telmisartan or thiazide diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide or chlorthalidone. Can I switch from beta blockers to arb's with docs advice to negate the effects of beta blockers. What about celiprolol, carvedilol and pindolol? My last bp readings were, 130/90, 140/80 and 130/85 monitored every 7-10 days. I have undergone my lipid profile, kidney function, liver function and thyroid tests a month ago and everything seemed normal. I'm not diabetic and it doesn't run in the family as well. I do have allergic rhinitis from so many years for which I have tried levocetirizine, montelukast and fexofenadine meds as and when required. Also take placida plus for anxiety issues. I'm just asking this out of curiosity.
