Hi good evening, I would like to ask the question regarding my fathers skin problem he was diagnosed with lichen planus 2 years back and he is still eating the tab levocetirizine dihydrochloride 5 mg and tab fexofenadine 180 mg but still he says it’s very itching I would like to know the details regarding the lichen planus and any treatment in homeopathy or allopathy please recommend please answer as soon as possible.

Yes, lichen planus is a chronic disease. It may take years also or may be months only to get treated. As it is autoimmune disease, course depends upon ,how body heals itself. We give some immunemodulators along with specific treatment target to lichen planus. It usually subsides in 6 to 12 months. Also, it is important that diagnosis is correct, images can help us.

My age is 22 years and I have sinus problem since 2 years and controlling sinus allergy using metasapray and ebast m tablet but currently I have coughing since last 3 weeks and I consulted with a reputed Dr. And he told me to take asthakind dx syrup for 5 days and after taking it I felt little better and now Dr. Has prescribed benz pearls capsules for more 5 days and with that earlier I took relent od capsule for 10 days and currently taking histakind m tablet, metaspray nasal spray, benzpearls cap thrice in a day, and esoga rd cap, but coughing problem is still there and when I cough then feeling some throat irritation like I feel breathing problem so I need to control my coughing and also sometimes feel that my throat has been swollen like while swallowing feel difficult sometimes specially early in the morning and I would like to inform you that 4 years back I had tuberculosis but that was treated and its course was completed, so please tell me why I am getting coughing since last more than 20 days and why my throat provides difficulties why I cough.

I am 21 years old male and I am suffering from jock itch and also there are several dark patches randomly appearing in my body recently. I do not know if that is also fungal infection or not. I am on terbinafine 250 mg and Fexofenadine 180 mg daily. Also using ketoconazole 2% cream in groin area. I am on these medications for almost 15 days yet I didn't see any major improvement. Can you please when I will see improvement and also if luliconazole 1% can be used instead of ketoconazole to get better results.

Hi I am facing itching problem at Armpit and between thighs and skin darkness problem one hand and neck also seems like a another layer of dark pixels type thing. I took 4 Fungiset-150 for four weeks once in a week and fexofenadine-180 for continuous 8 days and apply Clotrimazole for 15 days. But nothing works. Please suggest.
