Generally with siphene we advise follicular monitoring scan also. & if required we prescribe injection for follicle to get rupture. Generally, after 14 days of ovulation periods do come. If your urine pregnancy test was negative, repeat it again after 1 week, if still negative take withdrawal bleeding. Also if your cycles are irregular always then you need to get your hormonal profile to be done.

Hi Sam... the reasons can be many it may be ovulation pain, or she might have other infections... just from cramps and pain not able to diagnose... so better consult with your usual doctor if the pain is severe or persists longer...
