The TSH level mentioned is high, if you are already on treatment with Levothyroxine. It should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L to be free from all the symptoms of hypothyroidism. The drug given is used for induction of ovulation. Has the follicular study been done earlier and if so was there any evidence of ovulation? If the Fertomid is given, your Doctor must have advised you for follicular study monitoring. The best time for intercourse would be between 12th to 16th day of the period specially if follicle is growing as predicted. It is difficult to estimate success percentage since there are other factors as well as which influence the success.

Occassionaly cycle may change. I am sure with treatment of fertomid you must be under supervision of gynecologist or infertility specialist. Consult same doctor.

It all depends on your parameters. If you have PCOS, letrozole is better. in other cases, clomiphene is better. Each has it's benefits and risks.
