Feotaverine is used for the treatment of extreme pain and bleeding during periods, headache, fever, arthritis, analgesic, inflammation and post-surgery pain.

On using Feotaverine you may experience side effects such as nausea, abdominal cramps, indigestion, stomach ulcer, mouth ulcers, dark stools, decreased white blood cell count and flushes. If the allergic reactions continue to persist and become more severe over time seek the help of your health care provider right away.

Before using Feotaverine tell your doctor if you have a history of any liver/ kidney/ heart/ renal diseases, you are taking any prescription or non-prescription drugs, you have any allergies, you are pregnant, or are planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding a baby. In case of any other condition please discuss with your supervising physician

The dosage for Feotaverine should be determined by your doctor based on your age, medical history and the severity of your current condition. However, the usual dose prescribed for patients is about 200-500 mg taken orally.
