Every person is comfortable in giving dosage as per their practice and comfort generally 1 drop is 0.1ml only but dropper size bore may vary also so I prefer dosage in ml that's easy to give...considering your baby weight to be 6kg your dosage total 1ml so u can give 0.5ml twice daily....
