No need to worry. Give few drops of Erand Sneh (dabur) every night in milk or water to your child. In the morning give Balchaturbhadrika chooran in honey 1 gm powder in little honey twice a day. Also liquid Arvindasav 5 ml + equal water twice a day. Give for a week and send feedback. These are safe ayurvedic medicines for new borns.
