This medicine does not delay period. But here, probably you did not have ovulation after taking the medicines. So next cycle, when you will take this medicine, you should go for TVS Follicular Study

Usually letrozole is started at 2.5 mg and it is increased if ovulation has not taken place with this dose. So on taking low dose may not cause ovulation. But this can be confirmed only through folliculometry.
