Hi, The hemoglobin is not too bad and will pick up with syrup haem-up one tablespoon everyday after breakfast for 3 months. For cholesterol you will need to take some statins which can be prescribed by a physician. High cholesterol increases the risk for heart damage.

Hello..
Government of India recommends supplementation of 100 mg of elemental iron of which the bioavailability will be about 10% , so any tablets containing 100 mg of iron including the older one you used can be taken..
Along with this in 2nd trimester, deworming must be done and diet rich in iron should be consumed..

Dear, Thanks for sending across your query. I will suggest you to check your fasting n PP and HbA1C on routine basis first. Your Haemoglobin level is slight less than normal, for that take sprouts, roasted black chana, fruits like aloo bukhara, kiwi and jamun, whole grain cereals, green leafy veggies, whole pulses in your diet. Do your workout daily. For more queries you can visit our private questions. Thanks.

"papita" no effect. "Haem up" is for increaseing Haemoglobin, "lemon water in hot water" good for vit C otherwise no effect.
For periods It needs detailed medical history, clinical examination, looking at old reports and may be take out some new reports before she can be advised so let her meet Gynecologist.
