Livolin may be given for relieving the spasm in the lungs, caused by dust, smoke allergens, prevention is better than cure, give him a smoke, dust free environment, avoid fur toys, avoid junk food, give plenty of liquids, water, fruits, keep him active outdoors, keep him happy, and see the difference, mean while continue with medications in consultation with your doctor.

If usual medicines not work start steroid nasal spray two times daily and saline nasal spray 3 times daily along with fexofenadine and monteleukast.

l montus is levocetrizine and montelukast. Allegra m is fexofenadine and montelukast vitaresp fx is also montelukast and fexofanadine
all these are essentially anti allergic medicines. But the dosage and which one to use can be decided only by the physician depending on your symptoms. Hope that helps. Never take any medication without consulting a relevant physician.
