Hi, Uric acid is diathesis i.e tendency. In homeopathy we have a medicine called as colchicum autumnale 200 4pills at 8 am 9 am 10 am daily for 30 days. That will reduce your uric acid to normal without any side effet, but if you want to get cured of this tendency you will require thorough consultation.

Thanks for the query.
Normal upper limit of uric acid in serum is 7 mg/ 100 ml. At higher levels it can cause arthritic problems. It is not that every one with high uric acid does get arthritis. But high levels can precipitate an acute attack too.
As regards taking the drug mentioned, please tell me whether you have consulted any doctor or decided to take the same on your own? Plus please tell me if you have any symptoms of gout. Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Usually the drug mentioned is taken to reduce excess uric acid from the blood. Plus if a person has symptoms of joint pains and swelling with high uric acid. Unless those details are given there is no way to give any advice. Thanks.

And some people with a high uric acid level also develop high blood pressure, heart disease or chronic kidney disease, but it's often unclear whether th...more
