I have seen the details mentioned. Tablet Febuxostat will definitely help in reducing uric acid. However, what effect the so called homeo medicine has is difficult to say. I have seen the details mentioned. The uric acid level given is quite high. It needs to be brought closer 6 mg or lower /100 ml. Therefore, he may have to take febustat for quite a long time which could be 6 months plus. It is essential to check the uric acid level at least once in 3 months and based on that one can decide on continuation of the tablets. Hi, It would have been beneficial if you had told us since how long you are having this pain. I am assuming your stools are normal and regular.
There are a few causes of right lower abdominal pain:
1) Chronic appendicitis / Grumbling appendicitis
2) pain due to hernia
3) muscle strain
4) Abscess in the lower abdomen or upper thigh area.
Solution: please consult a surgeon for further assessment. You may need a CT as ultrasound sometimes is not the best investigation. Hope ...more
