Your baby is most likely having viral illness and antibiotics will not help in that. Viral takes it's own course of 5 to 7 days and fever may persist maximum of 5 days but generally 3 days. You can give medicine for fever every 6 to 8 hourly till fever resolve that will also make baby more comfortable. Rest steam may help if she has stuffy nose or nasal drops if she has excessive running nose.

U may give her nasoclear nasal drops. Two drops in both nostrils two times daily for five days.(2) start syp. Zinc 5 ml two times dialy. Consult local doctor if fever.
