No don't give it.
Dextromethorphan should be avoided in small children.
Only give syp flucold 2.5 ml three times a day.

Additionally, give nasivion s nasal drop--2 drops in each nose 6-8 times/day (especially before feeds). "don't give" zukamin/sinarest. U can use kofarest pd drops.

The tablets cannot cause alopecia and you had alopecia irrespective of the pills alopecia areata occurs when the immune system attacks hair follicles and may be brought on by severe stress.
The main symptom is hair loss.
Treatment may address any underlying conditions and includes topical scalp medication.

Hi lybrate-user, please stop the ointment which is having steroid (methadone) in it. It is not advisable. For piles, you need to take care of your constipation and straining. Point sucral ano twice daily is often helpful. Also to sit in warm water and take a laxative. But most importantly, please visit a surgeon nearby to confirm your diagnosis, not any other disease.
