I have answered similar query many times. Simple cold goges in 4 to 6 days on its own. For nasal block, instill saline nasal drop in each nostrils 3 to 4 times in a day. It is safe. For further information you can consult privately.

You can instill nasal saline drops into nostril when nose get blocked. Usually cold is viral infection and its last 5 to 7 days only. So only use nasal saline drops which is safe in 10 weeks old child.

No, Put otorex ear drops in the ear which has wax three drops three times a day for 10 days. The wax should become soft & then it can be syringed out.

Both drugs are same in its content and the concept of mld or string is not correct. The dose of he drug is based on the weight of the baby and self medication need to be avoided
