I have seen the query. From the details I understand that she has diabetes (whether controlled or not is not mentioned as no glucose levels are given or HbA1c% is mentioned), there is no mention of any infection so I am unable to find out why antibiotic has been prescribed. Hello Vinod, this is Dr. Vyas. As your symptom you have to take an x-ray there may be streatning of spine, so first you have to take rest for 3-5 days and have some medicine like -- Muscle relexent, pain killer, and anta-acid. Then go for physiotherapy. In physiotherapy you take IFT and back Extension ex. and do hot fermentation with hot water beg. You may cure fastly. Best of luck! Get well soon.
