BHsc. with Specialization in Dietetics

Dietitian/Nutritionist•Mumbai
Mr.C.P Poddar, since your work profile does not permit you for any kind of exercise you can do certain stretches while you are working at your table. They are easily available online as well as take frequent breaks from your desk and walk around in the office premise itself.

Also ensure you do not consume heavy meals at one go. Consume 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hrs and munch on light snacks in between meals.

This problem is since couple of decades, initially the constipation was occasionally but slowly it has become. E chronic. Earlier a teaspoonful of isabgul was good enough but now I need 3 teaspoonful. Tried various ayurvedic medicine but it doesn't helps after couple of months. Initially all types of medicine works but later after couple of months it becomes effectless. Tried kiva triphala tablet, digital tablets and saaf-saaf tablets, initially it works for a week then no effect or rather need to increase my dose. At present himalaya herbolax and dabur isabgull is somewhat helping me. Along with this am taking famocid 40 and pan-d, currently much better but feeling very week bones and joint pain. Due to this constant problem am having a constant lower back pain with constant gas ejaculation from mouth. My diet is fully vegetarian by birth and my height is 5 ft 10 inch with weight 70 kg. I don't have sugar problem nor blood pressure. The only issue is stomach. My piles is non bleeding with just a mass piping out due to my constipation.

Hello.. a diet rich in fiber will help reduce constipation , piles if taken along with homeopathic medicine.
Homeopathic medicine like Nux Vomica , Lycopodium ,Bryonia Alba, Alumina, Opium, and Silicea are effective medicines..it has the ability to treat chronic constipation at the root level and thus, do away with the need to use laxatives
no side effects..
