I trust that your father is using all these medicines only on a doctors prescription. If not please talk to your doctor. Self medication is a very dangerous thing. Tab azithromycin, ivermectin and fabiflu all belong to the broad group of antibiotics and not to be used for more than 5 days unless specifically prescribed by a doctor for longer time.
