Hi lybrate-user, thank you for your query. White coat hypertension per se might not be the actual reason for your elevated bp. Kindly consider other factors like: stress from work or home, eating food that’s high in sodium or consuming a lot of caffeine etc. The list goes on.
Regarding alprax, that is a treatment modality considered for anxiety or panic attacks.
If possible kindly rest for 15-30 mins before bp check up. Keep your mind open. Hypertension if present is treatable.

Dear Sir, there are around 20 or more antidepressants available. Ssris is one commonly used class of antidepressants. If you are having problems with prothiaden and etizola, please discuss alternative medications with your consulting doctor. He or she can guide you best depending on your symptoms and multiple other factors.
Hope this helps.

Hello
the above medications in the dosages are usually considered safe if you do not have any pre existing medical conditions especially heart diseases, diabetes etc. You can get an ecg done if not previously and show it to your doctor if its normal or not. But if you are feeling better then you can continue using it and if any problem arises you should consult with your treating psychiatrist or doctor immediately.

Hi, yes you may drink alcohol after taking the tablet. However you must be aware that alcohol will increase your frequency of anxiety and subsequent panic attacks. It’s best advised to stay away from alcohol to get complete cure of panic attacks.

Dear
it is good that you want to go off medication. Best thing to do is to slowly gradually reduce same medicine instead of replacing it with another. At the same time, build your inner immunity with capsule Reimmugen (colostrum) whcih is a natural product and it will help you overcome the side effects, modulate immunity and also give you the physical strength required to become healthier. Start meditation to further strength mental and emotional state.

More than considering your dosage and lowering it, I suggest that you seek the help of a counselor and develop some skills and tools to tackle life under your condition. The medication is very suitable for you but you are not developing any life skills which are essential to the reduction of medication. Anxiety has all to do with fear and your inability (or so you would tend to think) to handle the same. Fear is based on looking too much into the future and imagining things that usually do not t...more

If you have not started using feliz-s 10 as your doctor has suggested, kindly start using that medication as it may be able to help you. We understand your frustration regarding medications and believe that they can help you in the future if you are able to cope with stress during the daytime much better and also sleep better at night (both quality and quantity-wise). If you feel a consultation online will be much more beneficial, we advise you to do so as soon as possible.
