I am 24 years and my Dr. suggest me the tretiva 10 mg capsule and deriva cms gel and azelaic acid but my acne get worst due to azelaic acid and apne are red like burnt, so is it normal or not? And I am using these 7 days.

I am using kojivit ultra for acne dark spots and azelaic acid on 1or 2 acne only that pop up sometimes. Can I use azelaic acid on acne only and kojivit ultra on full face both creams together at night? Is it ok?

Hi, try and keep a gap of atleast 10-15 min between the two. Pls continue these creams only for a specified period of time as suggested by your dermatologist.

Its been 3 weeks I am using deriva bpo and azelaic acid together at night. No acne or new breakouts are there. Should I stop deriva bpo and azelaic acid or should I continue. If so for how much time more I should use?

You can use deriva nd azelaic acid on alternate nights .do not use them together. You can even stop deriva if you do not have active pimples and use it only on sos basis. Cont azelaic for acne marks.

Good morning Kirti. Aziderm ( containing Azelaic acid ) is quite well tolerated and has good side effect profile among the topical medications indicated for acne. It is not known to to be generally associated with initial acne flare ups either.
