Doctor my dermatologist suggest me azelaic acid for my acne but I am still using my old benzoyl peroxide soap to cleans my skin can I use azelaic acid gel with this benzoyl peroxide cleanser is there any side effect.

no problem.. however treatment depends on the grade..Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. You should stop this
you can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade
gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.

Health Query

Currently I am using nu revo sebum control moisture at morning and tretinoin cream usp 0.02%w/w for 30 min at night. For facewash I use cetaphil gentle skin cleaner once in morning. Also sometimes when my face gets too dry at night I use cetaphil moisturizing cream but whenever I use it I have noticed that the next morning I get pimples over my forehead and cheeks. My face is of mixed type, middle forehead, nose and chin are oily and rest of the face normal type. I have heard a lot about minimalist brand and it's retinol, multipeptide, vitamin c, alpha arbutin, niacinamide, hydrolic acid, salicylic acid should I inculcate them in my daily routine. If yes then what should be used and at what time of the day. Also currently I am not using any sunscreen, so should I also include that in my daily routine and how to use it?

I use kojivit ultra for acne scars and dark spots and azelaic acid 20% for acne treatment and prevention. Which one of them should be used at night kojivit or azelaic acid? And is azelaic acid alone enough for acne spots and pigmentation if I stop kojivit.

So should I use azelaic acid in morning and keep it all day or shall I use sunscreen over azelaic acid in morning. Is it okay and helpful?

Using aziderm 20% and Deriva CMS gel together will give the same drug combination as faceclin. Do not use azelaic acid for more than 12 months at any time.

Yes you can. Remember, azelaic acid might not be very friendly with your skin initially so start slow with lower concentration and short contact period.
But it'd be better to get in touch with a doctor in order to schedule a good regime for you.
