Painful anus mean fissure in ano. Take gut clear 15 ml at bed time. Do sitz bath meaning to sit on Luke warm water for 15 minutes .3 times daily for 2 weeks. Apply anobliss oint around anus before and after defaecation and 3 times daily. Take cefixime 200 mg 2 times dailyv5 days. Take torcoxia bcd 90 mg once daily at bed time for 10 days.

Yes you are right, this drug is mainly given for arthritis related problem.Don't think so it was indicated in this condition.Instead of this an antibiotic course would have been better along with simpler analgesics.

as for the medicine its a combination of etoricoxib and thiocolchicoside for which you can ask your pharmacist and take one.
There are many other companies who manufactures the same formula with their brand name.
Ezact Mr. Etoxib Mr. Coxtian and many more.

No, start with maxgaline er 75 mg once daily after food post dinner for 15 days, and tab. Ultracet twice daily for 5 days after food, along with it calcium rich diet and if your vitamin d 3 levels are low, start with calcerol sachets weekly once for 8 weeks.
