Did the temperature become normal? Use multi vitamins like pet up syrup, if milk not taking just give curd rice to improve healthy bacteria in stomach and can improve appetite.

*Drinking herbal teas or sipping lukewarm water with honey is helpful.
*To avoid ama formation, have freshly prepared warm meals at regular intervals.
*Eat less than the full capacity of the stomach.

Both treatment is not good. Nasivion is not good for long term use as it can cause side effects and reboundcongestion. Salbutamol or asthalin inhaler is only for short term use. You needto assess your lung function and go on a preventer inhaler.

2) check for inhaler techniques
3) check for co morbidities if any. 4) check for colour of phelgm to decide about antibiotics.

medicines containing guaifenesin can be taken by breastfeeding mothers to relieve a chesty cough.
Nasal decongestant sprays or drops will act directly on the nasal passages to relieve congestion and reduce absorption into the mother’s body. These may prove to be a safer alternative to decongestant tablets.
