Dandruff is caused by malassezia furfur, a normal commensal on the skin, meaning everybody has it all the time. Most people have no symptoms. But in case of some people there is an overgrowth due to their particular sebum constitution and this manifests as dandruff, seborrhoeic dermatitis etc. It usually gets worse in winter drier climates. Better in summers.

Use it like any other normal shampoo that is once in 2 days. Use it as long as you suffer from scalp itching, dandruff etc.
To discontinue, use it only once a week and slowly stop it all together.

Change your diet. According to dermatologists, poor nutrition can lead to dandruff. Drink more water. Start washing your hair more often. Try exfoliating your scalp. Or try a hot oil mask.

Hello, nothing to worry about. Start using schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take schwabe's badiaga 200/ thrice daily and follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. Daily once for 1 month. There after, revert me back.
