Avoid application of hair oil as it promotes dandruff"

use a ketoconazole containing anti-dandruff shampoo atleast twice a week for atleast two months. Then maintain your oily scalp on once a week. Avoid oil applications, any hair gels, etc.
If the dandruff is severe you might need to take a course of oral antifungals.

Control as opposed to cure may be a more appropriate end point in the treatment of dandruff. Shampoos containing Ketoconazole, Zinc pyrithione and or Salicylic acid are generally recommended a few times a week and then less often once the condition improves.

Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp...Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning......
