Hello,

Wholegrains, fruits, vegetables, brown rice are good source of fiber.

Non-veg foods ideally are devoid of fiber. You can always combine non veg dishes with plateful of salad to enhance its digestion.

You can use Esapgol which are husk seeds and will definitely help with constipation. 1 spoon to be mixed with one glass of water and to be had before bed. It has promising results and is easily available at the pharmacy. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a like/ thanks. Thank you.

Hi lybrate-user
You should eat them raw to get highest concentration of fiber.
But it is just the same if you are taking the orange juice added with its fiber.
