Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. As I understand you have hypothyroidism since 10 years and you are on 125 mcg. However, there is no mention of current t3, t4 & tsh levels. Because if hypothyroidism is under good control then all the symptoms related to that condition are in control. So if you are getting back ache and pain in legs, then there is a need to look at those values. If hypothyroidism is well controlled then one has to investigate and find out the re...more

I had pain in tip of my shoulder blade and under the shoulder blade region for last couple of years. Earlier it was very mild and hardly noticeable but in recent months it became prominent. So I consulted an orthopedic who suggested ift and ultra sound sessions for the same and gave ubitoc and etody 120 tablets. But when I started the ift and ultra sound, from that day I started feeling burning and warm sensations whenever that region touches the bed when I sleep on my back or sit on my chair with back support pillow. I have a slight slouch in my posture but never had this burning feeling in that region before the ift and ultrasound treatment. I just had sharp pain in the region. What could be the possible causes and what should I do to get rid of this burning sensation in the upper back area? Doctor when consulted told me it's normal for pain to change into burning sensations for a short while and it maybe a muscular issue only and gave me gb 29 semi tablet for 10 days. Please advise.

Perform 10 revolutions in each direction, once a day. As your symptoms improve, increase the diameter of your swing, but never force it. When you're ready for more, increase the stretch by holding a light weight (three to five pounds) in the swinging arm.
2. Towel stretch hold one end of a three-foot...more

Regards Lybrate user. Pain in knee sometimes may not have to be from the knee as such. There are structures in hip or low back that may cause one to feel pain in the knee (without actually having pain in the knee). This may be ascertained by a thorough examination and evaluation. With the information provided, pain not occurring during walking, but sitting on floor or at night worsens it, the condition may be radiating from low back. You may consult an orthopaedician / orthopaedic physiotherapis...more

One should adjust dose to the minimum possible under supervision of a qualified doctor. One should always look for side effects as well.
